Their knowledge of proper exercise technique can help with injury prevention and rehabilitation, as well as providing you with discipline, motivation and inspiration. At the Cleveland Racquet Club you'll have access to more than 20 complimentary fitness classes each week. Group classes are offered during the day, evening and weekend to accomodate individual schedules, with many classes offered multiple times per week.
