    Descriptions of clinics

    5- 8 year olds: Very basic introduction to the game and squash court. Hand eye co-ordination exercises, throwing and catching, running and jumping and very basic racquet skills and hitting. A fun atmosphere is created to capture the child's interest and get them excited by the game at an early age.

    Bronze group: Aimed at beginner level juniors who have limited or no experience of squash. Will learn basic racquet skills and technique. Serve and return exercises , movement and "T" recovery drills with an introduction to game play with coach and each other.

    Silver group: For the intermediate junior player with some experience of game play, knowledge of court markings and rules. Players will have the ability to serve consistently and able to hit the ball deep to the back wall. More focus on technique with stroke accuracy, condition games, drills and game play.

    Gold group: This session is for the advanced junior player who has experience of tournament play and has a strong knowledge of the rules of the game. Players will have the ability to retrieve the ball off the back wall and able to do more advanced drills such as boast and drive and rotating rails. Sessions include conditioning exercises, stroke production, drilling sessions for hitting accuracy, tactics, strategy and playing games. games.
